The entire process—from the thorough eye exam to receiving my perfectly fitted glasses—was seamless and efficient. I also appreciated their transparency regarding their policy: if you have any issues with your lenses, you must address them within 1 month of purchase to avoid paying for replacements. It’s great to have such clear expectations upfront. I’m very happy with the quality and service and will definitely return. Highly recommended!

Recently my wife and I made our new pair of glasses here. The thoroughness and care given were superb! The instruments used were comparable to those used by ophthalmologists in the high end institutions. Coupled with a team of caring and meticulous staff led by Jeremy, minimal adjustment was needed when the final product was produced. The turnaround time was excellent! Yet with these and more after-sales services, the price is more affordable than others! Well done, Team Optique Zone! Continue the great service. God bless.

Been to Optique Zone a couple of times previously, after being let down by the 'fast-food-style' brands that have mushroomed around the shopping malls. This time, I needed to consider my next pair of glasses carefully as I came to terms with the fact that I probably need some progressive lenses for my newly-acquired long-sightedness :( And boy am I glad that I made the right decision! From the moment I entered the shop, everyone was warm and welcoming. It gave me a very family feel, right down to the optometrist who was checking my vision -- missed her name but it was clear from her confidence and assuredness that she knew what she was doing. She was also very dedicated in ensuring that my prescription was assessed as accurately as possible, given that it was my first pair of progressive lenses. After that, Grace helped me with my choice of lens and frame. l greatly appreciated how she helped me identify the appropriate range based on my needs and activity levels -- and clearly didn't believe in hard-selling me the most expensive set. She helped keep the prices down, and it's been a long time since I came out of a shop feeling relieved that I spent less than I expected -- and gained more than I expected too. For something that's so important in our lives -- good, clear vision, I feel we pay far too little attention. I'm glad I did my eyes a big favour, and will continue doing so: Visit a competent and professional optometrist! And what prompted me to put in such a glowing review, 2 weeks after I visited? I just received a follow-up message asking how I'm doing, and if I've adjusted well to my glasses! How's that for after-sales service! :) Thank you!

Very friendly and efficient staff during my first visit, and subsequent visit to collect my glasses. They will go the extra mile for customers too. During my first visit, they took my glasses to get my degree of correction. While they took my reading, they helped me tighten my glasses' screw without me requesting for it.
